Agilent 6490 no signals for ~1.5min during running a method

Please do let me know what version of Masshunter you are currently using. Also, please try to re-create the method from a new method file. Is the issue still there?

I would need to see the method to make sure everything is well setup, so please send me the method pdf file by email or reach out to the call center if you do not mind.

This is MH 10.1

It seems is not method dependent, but other methods are less than 15 min and there is no time to observe the problem.  I extended other methods and the same thing happened.

Also, I just send the LC to MS for 60 min and every ~15 min, the signal is lost.

I will send you the method. Something in the settings may be wrong (even I ran this method for years without problems).

However, the MS settings are the same as the last screen capture.

I will put this as a verify answer as the issue is that no more signal is present on your TQ even when the tuning mix is turn on. We will continue to troubleshoot by email or phone.
