QQQ query

I am getting the error

"qqq fault detected 4.5 zone 13 (collision cell flow) controller cannot regulate the requested setting after a fixed amount of time"

and there QQQ goes on to standby mode

Could anyone please let me know how to deal with it

Hi, What is the pressure on your collision cell nitrogen source? Pressure should be 20-30 psi. Make sure take is not empty or turned off. If tank is ok. You will need to log an onsite call.
