System Suitability Standard for ESI LC-MS

Hello,

I am looking for a system suitability standard for our single-quad ESI and reverse-phase LC-MS. I want something stable that I can run through the instrument periodically to check that our retention times, line shapes, resolution, and S/N are staying consistent. There are a few commercial standards for HPLC with a UV detector (eg. InfinityLab LC performance standard PN: 5191-4547), but I'm having trouble finding one for a mass spec detector. While I would prefer to purchase a standard mixture with a Certificate of Analysis, I will appreciate suggestions for home-made standards.

This instrument is used by many researchers in the Chemistry and Biochemistry department, so I get a wide variety of samples for analysis. Any mix with good reverse-phase separation and masses between 50 and 2000 m/z will be a good place to start.

Thank you,
