I'm trying to enable overlapped injections using Masshunter Workstation LC/MS Data Acquisition for Ultivo LC/TQ Version 1.2 Build 1.2.23 but I keep getting the following error and the worklist fails to run (so no data can be acquired):
Device driver exception:: Overlapped injection can not be performed. Pretreatment contains incompatible instructions. Set remote Line "Start", Inject and Switch valve to "Main Start" are not allowed when using overlapped injection
This only occurs when "Overlapped injection" is checked under Run Settings in the Worklist Run Parameters dialog box. All injections in the worklist use the same method file, and the "Enable Overlapped Injection" box is checked under Advanced > High Throughput on the Multisampler tab of the method. The total runtime is 14 minutes and it's set to start 12.5 minutes after injection by which time the LC is back to starting conditions (gradient method) and all of our target analytes have already eluted.

When I uncheck "Overlapped injection" in worklist run parameters it runs just fine. I'm new to Agilent systems so I really don't know how to fix this, and we had a consultant here for in-person training and he hadn't run into this particular error before either. Does anyone know what settings are wrong?
