None of the Turbo pumps are getting ready

danielchsny It does not seem to be an issue with your rough pump or ion source mismatch. 

It is possible that one of your turbos may have an issue. I would recommend monitoring the turbo speeds during the pump down. You may also be able to see LEDs on the turbos themselves to identify a potential turbo issue.

The turbos and associates power supplies are shown in the picture below.

The LEDs on the power supplies and turbos may provide additional information. The LEDs on turbo 1 may require a small mirror to see. See picture below.

This is simply a check. Do not remove any cables or connections. If service is required, I would recommend an Agilent Field Service Engineer.

None of the three lights on the power supply for the Turbo lights on.

Can I conclude is the power supply?

I only saw one power supply. Is it possible to reach the other one? any instructions available?

These LEDs can attract a lot of dust. They may be on but appear off. 

I would recommend powering on the system again and monitoring these lights as well as the turbo speeds. 

It could be that this power supply is bad but would need to confirm. 

The other turbo PS is located by turbo two on the right side of the instrument. This one may not be accessible. 

In either case, it seems like potentially a turbo or turbo power supply issue. I would recommend contacting Agilent service for additional support.

Yes, I got a quote from Agilent. It is pretty high, so I would like to try first.

If no LED go on does it mean is the power supply (or a cable, etc), or could still be the Turbo? If it is the Turbo, the other one should start? Because none of them are spinning.

Hi, have you checked the main fuses of the system? Are all four of them ok?

The LED for "Power Supply On" should be illuminated when the instrument is plugged in. The "Turbo Pump On" LED will illuminate when the foreline pressure (rough vac) reaches below 4.4 Torr (Turbo should start spinning). The "Turbo Pump Ok" LED will illuminate when the turbo is over 80% speed. 

If the "Power Supply On" LED is not illuminated, there could be an issue with the AC board or fuses as mentioned by richeinz . 

There are multiple possibilities here, which is why I am recommending a trained engineer.
