On a G1329B autosampler I lose the plastic housing to have access to a valve. Then I forgot to reassemble it and when turn the unit on, the needle went to the top.
Now, I cannot put the plastic housing back, and interferes with the arm.
I tried to use LAb Advisor to lower the needle and put the plastic housing back. However, every time I click in housing the needle, it gives an error.
I click in 'clear error' and tried again, but nothing
Is there a way to lower the needle manually?
