I am using an Agilent 6460 Triple Quad and have been dealing with a terribly low signal for the past few days, the signal appears at an abundance of 30 to 50 as a baseline only. I analyzed different compounds with different concentrations, the Tune mix, and all I see is just the baseline. (See capture below)
I have tried washing the ESI probe several times and the diode capillary (glass capillary), but it didn't improve the signal. I can visibly see the spray coming from the needle at a continuous and constant flow.
I have also tried to autotune in positive and negative modes, but it fails at the abundance verification step and aborts.
Can anyone help solving this issue?
