6545 mass calibration/check fail, high mass error for 322 m/z

The mass calibration/check for the quadrupole is failing across all isolation widths. Mass delta on 322m/z exceeds limits.

We system tuned a few weeks ago. Can someone please outline the troubleshooting workflow for this type of issue (where to start, what to look for, etc).

    HI  ,

    Please look at the full scan to make sure you do not have a major contaminant close to 322 m/z that could impact the tuning of the QTOF.

    Also, what recipe are you using to perform the tuning and what is the abondance of your 322m/z?

    Please also inspect the nebulizer to make sure you do not have any spluttering or inconsistent flow. If you remove the PEEK fitting on top of the nebulizer, you should see 1 drop every 10-ish second coming out without any air bubbles in it.

    Please do share a picture of the QTOF full scan with bottle B turn on.
