Error message: failed to start logbook server when acquisition is launched.

Hi everyone, 
 We have a 6546 QTOF, the following error keeps popping up during acquisition; Failed to start logbook server. A shared violation has occurred. How can I resolve this?. I'll appreciate your help. Thanks
