I'm back to ask for your help with a calibration problem in positive mode on the 6545 QTOF. When I infuse the adjustment mixture, there are no ions, which makes it impossible to complete the calibration. However, in negative mode, there's no problem. There's a very good intensity of ions, so you can do the calibration in negative mode. I even made a new solution of the tuning mixture, but that didn't change anything.
Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem?
