Our Agilent 1290 Infinity II sampler kicks an error (vial in gripper) because it can't properly drop a vial back into the tray. The gripper arm tries to let go of the vial but grips back on it before it drops and tries to move back to it's home position. This only happens 2% of the time. But that's enough to ruin a sample run. I'm happy to buy a new gripper arm but want to know if there is a calibration or an adjustment that I can do first.
