communication problem with the QQQ 6470

Hi,

We have an error message displayed as shown in the attached photo. What should be done to unlock the system. We turned off, restart the PC but the problem still persists

What the error message is displayed in Lab Advisor? Can you see it MH logbook? What the pop-up banner displays if point the mouse on each "red brick"? I suppose the error is concerning with an LC, not the MS

In the logbook, this is the message:

ALS_1: G7129B: DEBA902302-Shutdown [EE 00063, 0]

Yes the error concerns the LC and not the MS

On the red banner, the message is:degasser's pressure limit violation, shutdown. Not ready condition: shutdown, drive off, out valve block position

It seems the degasser is the reason of the Shutdown. The degasser is inside the pump. Just try to remove the pump from instrument configuration and switch it OFF. Then load the MH again and check if the error gone. If yes then the reason is in the pump. Replace the degasser.

There were definitely air bubbles in the HPLC system, because the column pressure was fluctuating a lot and the column had started leaking. And immediately the whole system crashed. The most urgent thing is to unblock the system to perform a system purge
