Hello all,
We have an LC/MS-MS, model 6460C. Our autosampler's temperature has been set to 6 degrees Celsius, but was at 12 degrees all of yesterday and 17 degrees C today. We tried powercycling, closing out all MassHunter applications, updating and restarting the computer, and checking the leak/waste container/pipes for any backed up fluids. It's still not decreasing the temp. Are there any alternative troubleshooting options we have? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
