We are using the Agilent QTOF 6546 mass spectrometer for metabolomics experiments. Recently, we performed an urgent safety shutdown of the machine. After 5 days, we re-initialized the instrument and allowed it to achieve the desired vacuum, which was reached within 2 days. However, during tuning and calibration, we observed that the m/z values are not appearing in the spectrum—the spectrum is completely empty. We have checked all the parameters, and everything appears to be within the normal range. Can anyone guide us on troubleshooting this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
