Hello, I am trying to create a calibration curve using the injector program function. I injected the calibration standards of each level (5 in total), and the linearity is OK until the highest standard. The area response is lower than expected. I have attached an example as well as the injector program I am using. Does anyone have suggestions for how to fix it?
Hi Andy, thanks for responding. Yes, Vial 22 contains a 0.05% stock solution and 21 contains water (diluent). The totals are small, so I am using low vial LC vials; they can be scaled up if it would help the linearity. I am including the rest of the program here:

It can be difficult to get good mixing. You might try additional mixings at the mixing steps. Or maybe try bubbling air through the sample to get mixing as shown in this application note below. You could try multiple injections from a position versus a hand prepared standard check for sufficient mixing.
