what happens if you insert the cassette without a capillary installed and only the green interface installed.    . Make sure the alignment interface snaps onto the ceramic interface of the detector. Check the lamp life and intensity.

checked the lamp life and intensity, it says "intensity at test" is zero, do you know how I can fix the intensity?

did you do this without the capillary?  how many hours does the lamp have? Have you replaced the lamp?   If yes, then you may need to call your local technical support for possible on-site repair.
