Inquiry about sample injection pressure

Hi everyone,

I just want to confirm if it is normal to have decreasing pressure during sample injection while the path is on bypass.

I am using an Agilent 1260 Infinity II as a auto sampler.

In my method, while the flow is on main pass, the pressure is 120 bar, then in bypass its about 70 bar.
