Hello everyone,
I submitted an HPLC run to the system, but in the Run Queue it shows the sequence is "Validating". I know validating of the sequence is normal but only for several seconds, but for my case it has been lasted for more than 2 hours. I tried to delete this sequence from the run queue but it won't let me to delete it.
I have tried to close the OpenLab software and also re-start the HPLC, but nothing helped. The connection between Openlab and HPLC should be OK since I can send commands to HPLC and it responses.
Is there anyone has the same issue? Any recommendation is appreciated.
