Hi all,
On initialisation the fraction collector fails and opens the door. With powercycling this continues to happen. The error message says 'transport initialisation failed - obstacle in X-slide or encoder failure or X-sensor failure (EE4452,3822)'. There is nothing obstructing the arm in its movement, so we believe it is an encoder failure or X-sensor failure.
Has anyone had this issue before? Thanks in advance.
