Hello. I have the following problem with the Thermostatted Column Compartment G1316A. When heated to a temperature of 60 0C it gives an error: "Trend analysis for sensor failed [EE 2823.0]"
and does not produce the heat.
This error occurs on both the left and right heaters.
The following was done: blowing off dust from the electronics and radiators, replacing the thermal paste of the sensors, updating the firmware to a newer version.
Nothing helped.
It does not heat up to the required temperature in the method and goes into error with the text indicated above.
Help me.
