Agilent 1260 infinity II showing error message

What firmware is on this multisampler? You may want to update and clear data then power cycle.  If that doesn't work, then you may want to contact your local service group.  Make sure the needle is in the parkstation.

Our current Firmware is D.07.39 i've just updated it and clear data power cycle again but it still did not work.

Where is the needle?

Needle after restart the system was parking in this location then the error message showing.

Needle has to be in the park station to work.  Try turning off the power and move the transport manually to the back right.  then turn it on.  

Hello ! I have manually move it back right and turn it on but it showing Sampler transport initialization failed and autoreferencing values for needle are missing
