flexnet licensing error: -97,121

Good Morning.

Please, can you help me with a problem?

When I open the off-line of the OPEN LAB CDS Chemstation Edition C.01.05 software. (35) I get the following error:

 


Can someone tell me what actions can I take to solve the problem?

    1) First try to start or restart the OpenLab license service under services. 

    If that does not work then try:

    2) delete the activation_state.xml file along with the concurrent_state.xml file and then reboot the computer. The file is in the same location as the concurrent_state.xml file --

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Agilent Technologies\OpenLAB Services\Licensing\Flexera\conf\concurrent_state.xml

    (may vary if installation location is different.)

    Then, the service should be able to be started.
