Hello, after one year and a half of usage, here's the first problem of our 1260 Infinity LC.
EE29220-150 Degasser pressure limit violation
The error comes randomly after some analysis : there is something I can do before contacting the service?
Now the system don't show the degasser error but I have this fluctuating pressure problem
It's the first time after one year of usage, this method every day 24/7
COLUMN : poroshell 150mmEC-C8 0.35 mL/min
MOBILE PHASE : 45% Methanol - 55% Water (gradient to 90% methanol, post time then like initial conditions)
Today I changed those parts :
-PE pump seals (1 year of life)
-Inline filter disc
This error occured on the 3rd injection, but I've noticed from Labadvisor that the DEGASSER LEVEL increased from 550 mbar to actual 796 mbar.
Any help is really appreciated!
