EE29220-150 Degasser pressure limit violation

Yes, every channel is used, now I changed the 4 bottles, primed the system,it works....for now..

Now the system don't show the degasser error but I have this fluctuating pressure problem

It's the first time after one year of usage, this method every day 24/7

COLUMN : poroshell 150mmEC-C8 0.35 mL/min

MOBILE PHASE : 45% Methanol - 55% Water (gradient to 90% methanol, post time then like initial conditions)

Today I changed those parts : 

-PE pump seals (1 year of life)

-Inline filter disc

This error occured on the 3rd injection, but I've noticed from Labadvisor that the DEGASSER LEVEL increased from 550 mbar to actual 796 mbar.

Any help is really appreciated!

I'm glad your system has been working well. Unfortunately, the means the pressure is too far above the limit and will require a repair.  Are all the degasser channels being used and have liquid in them?

We had to change the entire degasser module, the Agilent technician pointed out some hypotherys but he didn't understand the problem. Our 3 1100 (21 years of use), used actually with the same eluent, are definitely more robust than this 1260 Infinity 2.

Hi have your degasser issue have been solved? Our 1260 Infinity LC has similar issue and deagsser pressure up to 1200 mbar.
