G7167A sampler problems

Question

We have three G7167A multisamplers with the same error, initialization failed and axis motor is off. Why does this keep happening and how do you fix it?

I can't see anything in the Firmware Bulletin that mentions errors like this, but you don't have the latest firmware set installed: https://www.agilent.com/en-us/firmwareDownload?whid=99818
