I have the Agilent 1100 series model with the ChemStation software. We have tried using it multiple times, and it always ends up shutting down. We sent up the pumps how we want them and have the correct method running. The machine runs properly for some time and then shuts down. After shutting down, we click on the pump setup and the pump settings always revert back to a method that was used a few years ago. It has happened every time the machine is used. There seems to be no issues with anything on the instrument such as the flow rate, pressure, etc.. Everything mechanically seems to be running smoothly. We are just running into the issue of the method change with the pumps in the middle of running it followed by the shutdown. Does anyone have any ideas of how to overcome this issue?
