purge valve leaks agilent 1260 infinty

Hi I think you are using some kind of paraffin wax or teflon tape here to stop leakage 

If leakage is after changing frit and gold cap may be purge valve is not aligned properly, take it out and again refit it 

Still if issue is persisting may be purge valve required to be changed then

yes i am using teflon  but when i open the valve content  I see the o-ring is cut  like the picture below 

Part number of o ring is in above pic..

But i will suggest to replace complete purge valve assy..

Thank you a lot it's so kind of you to replay  indeed when I open the valve to replace the fret I found the o-ring seems cut so  I think it must change, abut replace complete purge valve  I think it is impossible for now because my company is a government company it isnt personal so baing anew spear part so difficult at now, therefor  I want anyone to suggest some idea to solve this

So use that broken ring but don't tight too much...or use same technique of using teflon tape as u r using for purge valve connection but thickness should be choose carefully..

I think it's a brave idea I'll do it on Monday and I well see  and tell you  if  the drops stop or not
