Can you explain what you mean by System Off Command?
If by green light you mean the light at the bottom left, then yes it is normal. Fans and that power light will not turn off until you turn the module off by pressing the power button
Thank you for responding. What I meant was that the LED in the upper right stays green even after I give a command to turn off the system. The upper right LED in the pump modules turns yellow and then turns off but the upper right LED in the pump stays green.

turn off command was the system off command in Chemstation
LED at the top right are status LED. Not all modules have the same pattern for the LED.
When you click off in chemstation, does the lamp turn off, flow turn off and temperatures turn off according to chemstation? if yes, I do not think there is much of an issue with the system. If you are able to light and turn off the lamp of the module, that is the basic function behind on and off for chemstation. After that, it is the power button that controls the rest of the module (fans, etc.)
