Agilent 1260 Infinity II pressure

Pressure depends on your HPLC capillaries (diameter, length), on the particle size of the column and the flow of the mobile phase. There is no exact numbers we can give you. All we can  really say is to monitor day from day 1 and see if it goes up or down.
