Infinity 1260 Quaternary Pump error

Question

Hi, this morning we encountered a pump error, it says error condition: Channel A: home position out of limit Not ready condition: Drive off. I checked the manual but didn't find the cause and solution. So I am asking for help here, thanks!

Hello Xiaole: 
 The most likely cause for this error is the a defective pump drive and it will need to be replaced. The error occurs on power on and the status light goes red, doesn't it? 
 Suggest you log a call with Agilent service.
