Analysis of Artemether/Lumefantrine in combination

Hi. 
 I am using Agilent 1290 infinity 11 HPLC, that have VWD. 
 I need help on how to used the instrument to analyse Artemether/Lumefantrine in combination. That using two wavelength to analyse at ones

Hey, 
 If you right click on the instrument driver for the VWD and then go to method, there will be a checkbox to enable dual-wavelength. 
 From my short look on google, looks like you'll need wavelengths 210 nm and 300 nm (303 nm, I have seen in a paper).
