I don't know how Styrene would behave on an ELSD, but to me the settings seem to be fairly low. Please make sure the ELSD works as expected. Some simple 1 min Caffeine runs (250 ug/ml) with a 2m SST restriction capillary and flow of 1 ml/min water, would tell a lot. ELSD settings 70C / 70C /1.6L. Injection volume 20 ul.
