Hi, I'm having some troubles with an Agilent 1260, running a method for vitamins A & E. Vitamin A without any trouble at 325 nm, but the vitamin E (205nm) fluctuates the size of the peak (about half of the expected size).
Changed the lamp and column with no effect.
Moving the mobile phase (Methanol:Acetonitrile 50:50) and the column to other HPLC the system works OK.
