I'm new to this forum and really hope, someone in this community can help me. I'm using the Agilent 1260 infinity with MSD XT. I perform one sequence, in which I measure each sample twice. Once in ESI+ and once in ESI-. The problem I'm facing is, if I process the injections with my processing methods in Openlab, the software generates for every injection a new processing method, which is then only linked to one specific sample. This is quite annoying, because if I want to change the processing method, not all the methods are changed. Does anyone had the same problem and maybe even a solution to it?
