I am using: 1260 iso pump (G7110B), 1260 vialsampler (G7129A), 1260 MCT (G7116A), 1260 VWD (G7114A), and 1260 RID (G7162A).
The mobile phase is 5 mM H2SO4. Typically pressure runs between 800-900 psi. The max pressure for the column is 1500 psi and it will spike over the limit so the system shuts down.

So the pressure spiked when it was going for an injection during the sequence?
At this point now, if you start a flow with same mobile phase composition (same as method), are you still in high pressure? What if you disconnect the column? What if you change your injection valve from mainpass to bypass (Right click the injector in your software)?
