have you solved your problem? Can you tell us what was the reason and how you solved it? The fact is that I have a similar situation. But I think I have a problem with the quartz cuvette. I believe that the people who worked on this detector exceeded the PH level of more than 9.5 and the cuvette deteriorated.

Azrael, honestly, it could be any kind of contamination or damage in/on the cell. Of course, if someone lets the system sit in NaOH or something similar, the cell will suffer.

As mentioned earlier: It's vital to thoroughly flush both sides of the cell with water and then with IPA (obviously not with water, if normal phase was done before) when the RID is not in use or even gets stored for a longer period of time.

how can i check a cell? Has it deteriorated or not?

The repair level is the entire optical unit. You cannot check or replace the cell individually. That's the same for almost all RIDs on the market.

what if the photodiodes are broken? Are they also related to the optical unit?

Correct! Everything (except the electronics) is built into the optical unit.
