A paper written by John Rhoads expalins greater sensitivity for Tween 80 detection is to set detector at max plot. what is this?
I believe that´s the document:
https://www.agilent.com/cs/library/applications/5991-9188EN_Tween80_application.pdf
From my hardware point-of-view, this is nothing I came across yet. To my knowledge "Max Plot" is a feature used in certain CDS´es. If I remember correctly there was an addon macro available in Chemstation.
In the document it says "A max plot chromatogram is generated by plotting the maximum spectral absorbance measured at each time point. A max plot chromatogram allows one to see all the chromatographic peaks in a sample regardless of λmax (the wavelength at maximum absorbance)."
If you have the paper with a link, it would be great to send it so that we can have a look at it in order to figure out the context.
There used to be a "macro" or "UCL" subfolder on the Chemstation installation media.
Document posted by sschombu is correct. Sent an email to Mr Rhoads but haven't gotten a response yet.
Response from Agilent was they supplied column but work was done by Abbott Labs. Waiting for response from them. Will keep this up to date as info received
How do I get to the User Contributed Library Macro?
