There are several ways and depends on what is controlling your system.... 1) In Lab Advisor all the serial numbers are listed with the firmware. 2) From Chemstation or Openlab Chemstation- in the Method and run control screen, go to Instrument and revision and serial numbers- they are listed there 3) In Mass Hunter go to File- Print- Instrument Configuration Report- check off screen- ok then it will print to the screen 4) In OL2- go to the i next to the ON/Off and it will list models, serial numbers and drivers Hope this helps......
