Hello together, I am new to FLDs.
I want to optimse the Emmission and Excitation Wavelengths on a FLD method for PAHs. I have a G1321A FLD and an Agilent HPLC 1200 Series. We are using it with Chromeleon.
My main question is: Is it possible to do a 3D (3D Data Field) recording with my FLD setup?
The 2 Pictures are my FLD Method if there are any blunt errors. I would be thankfull if someone could point them out.
