Can you provide instruction on how to delete or cancel a reservation?

I am trying to cancel a reservation for use of the ultramicrotome. I can't find out how to do that.

    To cancel a reservation for the ultramicrotome (or any equipment), please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your iLab account.
    2. Navigate to the core page where the reservation was made.
    3. Go to the "My Reservations" section (or a similar tab that lists your reservations).
    4. Locate and double-click the reservation you wish to cancel to open its details.
    5. In the reservation details screen, look for the "Cancel Reservation" button.
    6. If the core facility allows cancellations, you should see a "Cancel" button or option. Click on it and confirm the cancellation.
    7. Before proceeding, review if a cancellation fee will apply. If a fee is displayed, ensure you are aware of the charge before confirming.

    • If you don’t see the cancellation option, it’s possible that the core facility has restricted cancellations. In such cases, we recommend contacting the core directly for assistance. Their contact details can typically be found on the core's About Our Core page.
