How to Extract a UV Peak Spectrum in Bio-SEC Software

We chose all spectrum when doing HPLC with DAD, but the work station in our pc is Bio-SEC Software, we can not find a lot of information about using it for checking UV Spectrum of each peak.

Is this for Chemstation, CDS 2.x or EZChrom software? If not, I can move this post to the GPC/SEC Solutions group where it could be best answered.

Thank you. It is Bio-SEC Software (https://www.agilent.com/en/product/liquid-chromatography/hplc-ce-software/application-specific-software/bio-sec-software). It mentions “Integrated Instrument control and data collection – RC.net interface technology utilized by OpenLab CDS ChemStation, ensures a robust, reliable system with a familiar user interface”, but I did not find UV Spectrum of each peak like that in Chemstation, CDS 2.x.

Dear juju,

Sorry to tell you, that single UV spectra extraction at a certain wavelength for each peak is not feasible within bio-SEC Software.
