Hi experts,
We recently have a new issue with our GC/MS. It is GC Sampler 80 coupled with 5975C and 7890A. We are analyzing headspace samples with incubator on the sampler. We noticed these days that about 2 samples in a full batch (~30 samples in total), the sample did not get punctured but GC/MS went on running without error messages. The results are just baseline background with a peak in the beginning (We don't have NIST library and cannot figure out what peak is that easily).
Any thoughts? Thank you!
