Agilent 7010B GCMS system shows fault detected 4.0 mainboard 2 lens driver power supply cannot maintain voltage.

Did you resolve the error at the bottom of the last photo?

Were cables removed from the rear analyzer or collision cell board?

Dear sir,

thank you for your response.

this 4.13 error is randomly coming while venting the MS.we had not disturbed any cable in rear analyser or colision cell. we will verify the cables.

after the error showed we cleaned the HES source checked the source cables properly.

4.0 error was observed while instrument was idle under vacuum.
