If I have a GC/MS that needs converted to GC/FID, how do I plug or close the transfer line opening in the oven wall?
Need to fill this hole?
Order either:
Qty 2 G1580-80050 2"x2" of 1" thick ---or
Qty 2 G3469-00001 detector blank insulation
Wear proper PPE including a mask when handling this insulation, You'd need to cut the 2x2 squares with scissors to an oversized circle and loosely press them in. The detector blanks are already circular. The insulation needs to be held in place. I use a column hanger like this, but even a well bent paper clip across the hole will work.
