Front ALS ERROR

Hi all,

I am having an issue with GC-MS 8890 (G3540A). The autoinjector is stuck and I am receiving a Sampler error #220 (Autoinjecter front tower turret error). Any suggestions ?

The front tower turret is the part that spins around and holds the wash and waste vials. Is the syringe carriage retracted upward and the turret is free to spin? If so, can you spin it left and right by hand?
