Hi.
I am having some problems with the sensitivity in the higher mass range.
When performing autotune in positive ci with methane, the autotune passes but the abundance of the higher peaks (267,599) compared to 41 are low.
Also noticed that the entrance lens stays at 0.
Machine was tuned after cleaning the source and a bake out period.
Can some help met out? I attached a picture with the tuning results.
