Hello,
I am getting this error on my instrument when I am trying to run: Communication Error: Download command timed out(':MSC;PARM:NAME:EMUL;ACT?'). We are also seeing that it is constantly asking if we should continue running even though the memory is getting low.
It seems like my computer is also running slow and taking a while to respond to the actions of the GCMS. Could all of these be related to the same thing? What does this error mean?
