I am purchasing a new autosampler/concentrator that requires Windows 7 or newer. The issue is that I have a 7890A/5975C GC/MS that works on Windows XP. After adding the configuration IPs to the new computer, with an installed Windows 7, there is no connection between instrument an computer. I will appreciate any insight/help. Thank you.
