Pressure from regulator for Collision Cell gas

 I am having trouble finding how much psi I should have my regulator set at for the Nitrogen going into the EPC AUX module for the collision cell gas. Thank you. GC 7890B, 7000C

Typically, 60-80 PSI. 100 psi or less, for sure. This is true for all EPC modules. The only flow controller than requires less is the CI/JetClean controller that is located in the MS itself. It has a 25psi maximum.
