DFTPP tune ion 68 failing

Ion 68 in the DFTPP tune criteria is supposed to be less than 2% of ion 69.  It is consistently from 2-3%.  Other MSDs in the lab have no trouble passing. There is no 68 in the baseline before the peak. I tried increasing the scans but that didn't help. Anybody have any tips?

    How does the regular autotune look?  Can you share both reports?  

    How long since you cleaned the ion source, replacing both filaments, both repeller insulators, the extractor insulator if it has one, and the lens stack insulator? Videos available here, registration required: Eliminate the Fear of Mass Spec

    What's the column flow during tuning and run?   How many runs on the system? - you can find that from the GC front panel.  That affects the amount and depth of maintenance required. How old is the EM?
